OzU Family Steps Up: Embracing Accountability for Our Waste!

As Özyeğin University, we are thrilled to announce our active participation in the global clean-up initiative, "Let's Do It," in celebration of the World Cleanup Day on September 16. Join us in making a positive impact on our environment!

"Let's Do It" unites individuals and organizations at over 350 clean-up sites across Turkey on September 16 with the shared goal of making our world cleaner and brighter. The initiative not only makes a tangible impact on clean environment but also opens doors to a series of events designed to promote environmental awareness and sustainability within our society.

As a token of our appreciation to our stakeholders who actively partake in the cleanup initiative, we will be offering privileged access to the “waste” workshops to be orchestrated as part of the "ATTUNE - Activate the University for Climate Change" project, in which our University stands as one of the global partners representing Turkey. An employee and a student with the most successful projects will have the honor of representing OzU at the award ceremony in Germany.
