A graduate of TED Ankara College and Bilkent University School of Tourism & Hotel Management, Ms. Funda Eratıcı started to work in the hospitality industry in 1991. Ms. Funda Eratıcı has joined Hilton Worldwide, at Hilton Ankara in 1994 where she took various roles in the hotel until 2004. Ms. Funda Eratıcı was appointed as the Cluster Director of Sales for Conrad Istanbul, Hilton Istanbul and Hilton ParkSa in 2007, prior to her assignment at Hilton Warsaw, Poland as the Director of Business Development between 2007-2009. Then she worked as the Regional Director of Sales Eastern Europe, Russia, Israel and Turkey of Hilton Worldwide. Ms. Funda Eratıcı has been working as the Regional Director of Sales Operations Turkey and Sales Operations Lead Focused Service EMEA of Hilton currently. Ms. Funda Eratıcı is a Sales Professional with 24 years of experience in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical sales direction for operating hotels as well as for hotels in the pipeline with proven ability to lead efficiently in multi-cultural working environments whilst continuously focusing on mentoring, coaching and developing local sales talent. Ms. Funda Eratıcı is going to make a presentation about “Hotel Brand of the Future” in the Seminar course.
