Ms. Lebriz Dedeoğlu graduated from Şişli Terakki High School, Istanbul, Turkey and took her bachelor's degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics. She had worked as the Department Trainer, Training Coordinator and Assistant Training Manager in various departments of hotels for eight years. She had continued her career in Swissôtel Istanbul, The Bosphorus as the Training Manager, Integrated Management System Representative until January 2018. Ms. Lebriz Dedeoğlu is currently working as the Assistant Director of Talent and Culture in Swissôtel Istanbul, The Bosphorus. She got Speed of Trust Training, Gallup Strengths Finder Coach Certificate and ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14000 and OHSAS Quality Management System Certificate. Ms. Lebriz Dedeoğlu, who speaks English and German, is going to make a presentation about “Acting for Positive Hospitality” in the Seminar course.
