Mehmet ARSLAN, Senior Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law in Freiburg, Germany, will meet the students of our Faculty online from 10:00 to 12:00 to give a conference on the Defendant’s Right to Remain Silent in German and Turkish Laws from the perspective of the defendant’s rights, one of the most controversial topics of the criminal procedural law.
