“What to Eat and How to Eat at Home” School of Applied Sciences

The panel discussion is intended to seek an answer to the question of how to maintain a safe, healthy, and tasty diet during these times in which we spend more time at home. Faculty members from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts will address food hygiene, food safety, and eating awareness during the panel discussion.
