You are kindly informed to welcome the Sr. Manager Graduate Recruitment EMEA of Hilton, Mr. Björn Olthof as the guest speaker of the seminar series.

Mr. Björn Olthof graduated from Stenden Hogeschool Leeuwarden, Hotel Management in 2000. After his graduation, he worked as the Assistant Personnel and Training Manager in Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. He worked as the Training Manager in the Intercontinental Hotel Group. Mr. Björn Olthof, who later joined Hilton, worked in various positions in the field of cluster learning and graduate recruitment. As a Hiltonier, he has had the opportunity to work in both Talent and Leadership Development Team and Talent Acquisition Team. Furthermore, he was in charge of the various Hotel School (Vocational, Bachelor and University Degree) programs including Deltion Hilton Class and NHTV Hilton Class. In September 2014, after 8 years within the Talent and Leadership Development Team, he was offered a unique opportunity to set up the Graduate Recruitment section within the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, and continue his career as the Manager, Graduate Recruitment for Europe, Middle East and Africa, supporting the various Graduate Development activities (i.e. Elevator, Finesse Finance Graduate Program, MDP-Management Development Programs etc.) throughout these regions. Mr. Björn Olthof is going to make a presentation about “Career opportunities within Hilton” in the Seminar course.
