Call for papers

The Faculty of Law at Ozyegin University is pleased to host its first Private International Law Symposium, which is to be held on 19 November 2021. The symposium aims to bring together MENA and EU scholars working in the Private International Law field.

The Faculty of Law welcomes submissions by scholars in the following thematic areas: MENA & EU Law, International Family Law, International Commercial Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution, with a particular focus on how these fields are shaped by Private International Law. Each panel topic will feature up to 4 speakers, and each panel will be allocated a combined total of 1 hour 20 minutes of presentation time and 20 minutes of Q&A.
