You are kindly informed to welcome the Business Development Executive of Gastronometro, Ms. Elif Günay as the guest speaker of the seminar series.

Ms. Elif GÜNAY graduated from Özyeğin University, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department in association with Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul, in 2016. She also completed a minor degree in the Hotel Management Department. After graduation, Ms. GÜNAY opened an Italian Restaurant with her classmates from Özyeğin University. Meanwhile she had online interview with a pastry chef from one of Daniel Boulud’s restaurants in the USA. When she got accepted, she moved to Miami, Florida, USA, to work as a pastry cook in the restaurant called ‘Boulud Sud.’ Ms. GÜNAY worked there for a year and then returned to Turkey. After having been interviewed with Metro Market, she started working there since 2019, as the business development executive at the culinary discovery platform called Gastronometro. Ms. Elif GÜNAY will make a presentation titled the 'Product Development Process from Chef's Point of View' at the Seminar.
