You are kindly informed to welcome the Executive Chef of Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, Mr. Sezai Erdoğan as the guest speaker of the seminar series.

Mr. Sezai Erdogan was born in Bolu. He started his culinary career when he was still in high school as a Commis de cuisine. He was inspired by his grandfather, who worked as a Head Chef on cruise ships. After graduating from Nescot College in England, he received education from hospitality management school, the Glion Institute of Higher Education and University of Reims. Then, he supported his professional development with international seminars and trainings during his career. He joined the opening team of Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul in 1990 as a Commis de cuisine. After he gained experience in every part of the kitchen, from cold to dessert, Mr. Sezai Erdoğan was promoted to Senior Sous Chef in 2004 and to an Executive Sous Chef position in 2005. He worked with many world-famous and Michelin-Starred Chefs in this process. In 2013 Mr. Sezai Erdoğan was promoted to his current position as the first Turkish Executive Chef of Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul. He speaks English and Japanese fluently. Mr. Sezai Erdoğan is going to make a presentation titled "Being a Chef" in the Seminar class.
