Ms. Zeynep Gülin Silahtaroğlu was born in 1971, in Istanbul. She graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Environmental Engineering. She also received her Sociology B.A. degree from Istanbul University. Ms. Zeynep Gülin Silahtaroğlu obtained her M.B.A. in marketing from Bentley College. She worked and gained experience in every department of hotels and resorts. Ms. Zeynep Gülin Silahtaroğlu specialized in hotel and resort investment, destination branding, product branding, concept development, marketing development, and management. She has an active role in TÜSİAD, TÜROFED, KAGİDER, and TTYD as a member and board member.

Ms. Zeynep Gülin Silahtaroğlu is going to make a presentation titled "Lean Six Sigma Management in the Hotel Sector" in the Seminar class.
