With 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry, as a veteran hotelier, holding British citizenship, Mr. Uğur Talayhan has started his career as a Chef at the age of 17. Then he moved to London where he was appointed as an Executive Chef at the age of 27, then as Food and Beverage Manager and respectively moving from London to Portugal, Dubai, China where he had various management roles and finally returned back to Istanbul after 21 years later in the mid of 2017, where his journey has started. He became a pioneer in Turkey with his worldwide achievements and initiatives in the field of hotel management. He returned back to home with a worldwide hospitality experience to be utilized at his recent appointment within the Accor Hotels, being the Regional Vice President of Luxury Brands, Accor Hotels, Turkey and as the General Manager of Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul. Mr. Uğur Talayhan is going to make a presentation about “How to Provide Individualized Services to Meet the Needs of Different Market Segments” in the Seminar Course.
