You are kindly informed to welcome the Director of Sales and Marketing at Sanasaryan Han, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Istanbul, Ms. Balcan Oğuz Kadayıfçı, as the guest speaker of the seminar series.

Ms. Balcan Oğuz Kadayıfçı, a graduate of Dokuz Eylül University Department of Tourism Management, began her career in the hotel industry in the sales department at Hilton Istanbul. She held the positions of Special Events and Catering Sales Officer, Corporate Sales Officer, and Director of Corporate Sales. She then served as the Corporate Sales Director at the Le Meridien Istanbul hotel. Following this, she continued her career as the Director of Business Development at various companies and then as the Sales Director for the Marmara Pera and Şişli hotels.

After serving as the Director of Business Development at Double Tree by Hilton Istanbul Moda, she assumed the role of Sales Director at Hilton Bakırköy. She continued her career on the opening staff of the JW Istanbul Marmara Sea hotel, holding the positions of Sales Director and then Director of Sales and Marketing consecutively.

She is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Sanasaryan Han, the first "Luxury Collection" hotel by Marriott International in Istanbul. From the period of the hotel's opening preparations to the commencement of its services, she has taken on the task of creating a new definition of experiential luxury in Istanbul.

In the seminar class, Ms. Balcan Oğuz Kadayıfçı will present on "Opening Luxury Hotels and Positioning."
