“The Chefs Association’s VI. Traditional Chefs and Suppliers Meeting" will be held on Sunday, April 2 in the Haliç Congress Center. During the meeting, our two students from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the School of Applied Sciences, and our Admissions Office will open a stand. Also, Mrs. Defne Ertan Tüysüzoğlu from Özyeğin University will give a speech on “The Position and Value of Turkish Cuisine and Local Products in Culinary Education” during the event.
