OzU Interdisciplinary Thought -1 “Approach”

OzU will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a series of special events. The first of these events will take place in the OzU Forum Area under the theme of “Approach” on October 17 and 18. Designed by “OzU Interdisciplinary Thought”, the event is intended to urge participants to “approach” to reduce the distance between different disciplines. Created by M. Pınar Mengüç, Özlem Bahadır Karaoğlu, and Gökçe Ötkün. the event’s content revolves around the themes of “transdisciplinary thought”, “innovative learning and business models”, and “multi-connections”. On its first day, the event will bring together prominent speakers from different disciplines from economics to architecture, gastronomy to engineering. The event’s speakers also include Mr. Yılmaz Büyükerşen, Mayor of Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, and our Rector Prof. Dr. Esra Gençtürk. Day one will be held under the theme of “Impact”.  The second day of the event will be celebrated with a series of workshops to give junior and senior students the opportunity to experience transdisciplinary thought.  

OzU Interdisciplinary Thought invites junior and senior students from every department to apply to join the workshops on October 18, 2018 as part of its “Approach” event.
