OzU TTO “Young Industrial Designers Competition (YIDeC)

October 2013OzU TTO, Fit Startup Factory and  Department of Industrial Design are proud
to announce  the first “Young Industrial Designers Competition (YIDeC)”.  The aim of the competition is to bring together young designers and the firms in the manufacturing sector in Turkey and  to encourage entrepreneurs for innoative designs.

Competition Subject:  Any original and innovative product design can be subject of application. There is no restriction on the chosen sector.  Designs for any sector are eligible.

Competition Timetable:

Announcement Start Date	16  September 2013
Deadline for Submissions	22 October 2013 (Submission date is extented to 31 October 2013)
Evaluation Date	25 October 2013 (Submission date is extented to November 2013)
Winners Announcement	28 October - 01 November 2013 (Submission date is extented to November 2013)

Participation Requirements:
1. Having a bachelor or graduate degree on industrial product design,
2. Undergraduate graduation date should not go back longer than 10 years,
3. Each design should be innovative, not being produced, published and awarded by a competition before.  If an opposite situation is determined, the designs will be disqualified from the competition. In case that the design is not original or third parties claim right on it; all responsibility belongs to the participant. 

Application Process: Applications will be accepted via posting or hand delivering of the application form and attachments  to the Ozyegin University-Technology  Transfer Office.
