Prof. Dr. Nicola Perullo is working as the Professor of Aesthetics in University of Gastronomic Sciences, Italy. He is in charge of various professions such as:   Director of the PhD Program in Ecogastronomy, Education and Society, Director of the Master of Gastronomy: Ecology and Education program, Rector’s Delegate to International Academic Relations, Scientific Coordinator of the “Diffuse University” project. Prof. Dr. Nicola Perullo is going to make a presentation about “When food can be an art?” in the Seminar course.
