Ms. Yonca Erdoğ graduated from Friedrich Ebert Gymnasium in Hamburg and Department of Eastern Languages and Literature at Istanbul University. Ms. Yonca Erdoğ has been working for Kempinski Group for 17 years. She took part in the opening team of Swissotel the Bosphorus and served as the leader in the Sales and Marketing, Revenue and Reservation departments both here and in the Kempinski Group. Ms. Yonca Erdoğ continues her career currently as the Regional Director of Revenue Management, responsible for Southern Europe and Turkey Kempinski Hotels. She also mentors students and colleagues in the Tourism and Hospitality industry. Ms. Yonca Erdoğ is going to make a presentation about ”Revenue Management, Digital Strategy, and Distribution” in the Seminar course.
