Mr. Ali Ronay has over 18 years of culinary experience in luxury hospitality and has represented many of prestigious 5-star hotel brands and restaurants in various countries including Hilton Ankara, The Sofa Hotel Nişantaşı, Excelsior Hotel Baku, Sultan Inn Baku, The Ritz Carlton Istanbul, Hotel Arts Barcelona, The Ritz Carlton Autostad Wolfsburg, Kempinski Barbaros Bay Bodrum, Raffles Istanbul and Zorlu Center. His and his team’s priority is to enjoy prime access to the finest produce available in Turkey and offer endless menu recommendations including extensive innovative and healthy dining options. Together with a rich selection of menu options reflecting Turkish renowned culinary heritage, he is delighted to craft customized menus that would best accommodate our guest’s unique needs and expectations. Mr. Ali Ronay has been working as the Executive Chef in Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul as of September 2018. Mr. Ali Ronay is going to make a presentation about “Modern Gastronomy and Chefs” in the Seminar course.
