The tender for the rental of the Özyeğin University photo booth area will be conducted through Open Tender (Closed envelope method) in accordance with the Foundation Higher Education Institutions Tender Regulation. Detailed information about the tender is provided below:

The participation requirements for the tender and the documents requested from companies are as follows:

 

  1. a) The bidders must be natural or legal persons, (Unregistered partnerships are not accepted),
  2. b) The bidders must have a Tax Certificate showing their latest notification address,
  3. c) The bidders must have an activity certificate indicating that they are registered in the Commercial Registry and currently engaged in business activity, (The activity certificate must be obtained after the publication of the tender or the date of the invitation letter, and the subject of the tender must be among their business activities),
  4. d) The bidders who are shareholders of a company must present a Trade Registry Gazette sample indicating their company partners, shares, and duties, if any, along with any changes,
  5. e) If the bidders who are natural persons participate in the tender by proxy, the proxy must provide a notarized power of attorney and their signature circular,
  6. f) The bidders must present notarized signature circulars and power of attorney showing the persons authorized to bid on their behalf and perform related procedures on their own behalf,
  7. g) If there is a partnership, the bidder must provide the partnership's signature circular and a notarized power of attorney indicating that the persons who will submit bids on behalf of the partnership are authorized representatives of the partnership,
  8. h) If the partnership is a Limited Liability Company, a document issued by the Notary specifying that the company partners are joint and several guarantors to each other against the commitments and liabilities of the other partner,
  9. i) It must have a current document showing that it is not prohibited from participating in tenders by the Chamber of Commerce, as per subparagraph (g), (The document must be obtained after the publication of the tender or the date of the invitation letter)
  10. j) All the tender documents and the required documents must be signed by the person(s) defined as fully authorized in the company's signature circulars (The submission of the documents with these signatures implies acceptance of the provisions contained therein).
  11. k) Document showing that there is no social security debt throughout Turkey, which will be taken from the SGK and dated on the tender date for the subject of the tender.
  12. l) The bidder must not have any tax debt established in accordance with Article 10 (d) subparagraph of Law No. 4734, with the current date,
  13. m) Annual Corporate Tax Declarations for the last three years (approved by the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Public Accountant)

 

Companies wishing to participate in the tender can obtain the tender documents by sending an email with the company name, title, tender name, and if any, number specified, Payment Account Name: Özyeğin University, Bank: FIBABANKA Branch: Özyeğin University Branch, IBAN: TR80 0010 3000 0000 0024 6551 23, to ihale@ozyegin.edu.tr along with the receipt of the payment of 100 (one hundred) TL.

 

The bids will be delivered by hand to the Özyeğin University Procurement Department, Nişantepe District. Forest Street No 34-36 Alemdağ Çekmeköy-Istanbul, until 04.10.2023, 11:00, and all bids will be opened in the presence of participants on the day and time of the tender.
