You may learn the secrets of gastronomy and techniques by watching demonstrations of our Instructor Chefs; Chef Erich Ruppen, Chef Andreas Erni, Chef Alican Saygı, Chef Marc Pauquet and Chef Paul Métay, enjoy the tastes at the end of the class.
Get your pen and paper ready for 3 hours and witness magical Le Cordon Bleu experience.
Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs will be sharing the recipes from Bretagne Region with special techniques including;
- Fermentation and caramelization
- Steaming, poaching techniques
- Preparing the fish stock.
Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs will prepare these recipes;
- Stuffed clams
- Stuffed fillets of salmon with sorrel
- “Kouign-Amann” caramelized dough pastry with apple coulis
