Holding 16 years of experience in Human Resources, Özlen Karaçal, took up positions in all functions of human resources in technology companies, including Siemens Business Services and Meteksan Information Group. Later, she pursued her career in consulting with a focus on recruitment & outsourcing services for technology companies including Bilge Adam, RDC Partner, and Tekna Information Services.

In 2015, Karaçal co-founded BrainArt HR Consulting and BrainArt IT firms, and became one of the leading figures in recruitment, in particular in the recruitment of technology professionals. To date, she has established teams on every level for technology departments at numerous corporate firms; offered training on recruitment for IT positions; and trained many “Recruitment Consultants”.

Karaçal is also a member of the Executive Committee at IODA Turkey (International Organization Development Association), and a member of the Women in Technology Association (Wtech). Karaçal obtained her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Ankara University, and received her master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Career Consultancy from the same university.
