SEPD: Leadership in Times of Crisis

 As the Sectoral Education and Professional Development, the second invited speaker of our webinar series in the time of the pandemic is Mr. İlter Terzioğlu.

İlter Terzioğlu worked as a manager for Ericsson and Turkcell from 1994 through 2019. In addition to his 25 years of experience in the telecom sector, Mr. Terzioğlu also served as a manager and a board member in Turkcell’s investments in various sectors, including digital services, internet service providers, sports betting, finance, energy and infrastructure, both at home and abroad.

His last position at Turkcell was Assistant General Manager for Strategy, during which he also served as Deputy General Manager for Finance from May 2016 through July 2016. During his career at Turkcell, Mr. Terzioğlu also served as Group Head of International Affairs, Assistant General Manager for Strategic Projects, Assistant General Manager for Network Operations, and Director for Regulation and Risk Consolidation.

Since April 2019, İlter Terzioğlu has been serving as a management consultant, coach, and a board member at his own firm, Stramento, as well as for other companies based in Turkey and abroad.
