MAKErobot Certificate Program

October 15-November 15, 2021The Program is open and free for all Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Architecture and Design students interested in robotics projects. The program will be offered in three main categories: basic electronics, coding, and prototyping. Courses will be held predominantly online. For applied courses, the OpenFab area will be used. Participants are expected to spare 2 hours for the program for 6 weeks.   Projects will be completed as group work. The dates and times of applied courses will be finalized when participants are determined. Participating students are expected to satisfy at least one of the following conditions:

• To have completed a basic project with any development board,
• To have at least basic knowledge of the C programming language,
• To be a basic user of any of 3D design programs.

Three different robotics topics have been chosen for the program. Interested students must review the projects and fill out the preliminary application form. Project Topics:

• Industrial Robotic Arm,
• InMoov Robotic Arm,
• Exploration Rover.
