When winter comes, symptoms such as changes in your sleep and eating habits, difficulties in concentration and motivation, decreased energy, and always being together with a tense mood may manifest themselves. We can talk about seasonal depression when these symptoms intensify, especially with the decrease in sun rays and the onset of winter months. We invite you to our webinar to talk about all this.
