Psychological Development Unit Webinar - Psychological Effects of the War Near Us (Staff Session)

The tension between Ukraine and Russia is a worrying situation for all of us. We hope that this crisis situation will come to an end as soon as possible. Being in an environment of war and conflict personally or having a loved one in that environment, being close to the areas that are the subject of the events, and sometimes even just following the news can bring challenging experiences. Depending on this situation, you may experience feelings such as anxiety, fear, shock, and helplessness. We invite you, our university staff, to our seminar to get information about this process and talk about the practices that can help us to cope with our anxiety.
