Moot Court in International Law

International Law - Milošević 

The students of the Faculty of Law at Özyeğin University will present the war crimes trial of Slobodan Milošević, the former President of Yugoslavia, at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) which was established by the decision of the UN Security Council with jurisdiction to try international crimes committed during the Bosnian War following the break-up of Yugoslavia, including genocides, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.
