Invitation to the Disability Awareness Week Program

Disability Awareness Week is organized to help Özyeğin University students gain awareness about disability and develop social consciousness regarding the topic.

Disability Awareness Week Program

Topic: Art Therapy Group Workshop
Purpose: This workshop aims to strengthen ÖzÜ students’ social communication and increase their awareness about disability.
Date: Tuesday, May 13, 2025
Time: 14:00 – 16:00
Location: Education Room – 2nd Floor, face-to-face
Language: Turkish
Facilitator: Clinical Psychologist Gökçe Pekcan
Capacity: 3–8 participants

Purpose: As part of Disability Awareness Week, the Accessible Campus Unit invites you to watch The Fundamentals of Caring together. After the screening, there will be a discussion on the film and the topic of disability.
