OzU Football Market Winners to Be Determined

Özyeğin University’s Football Market ended on 11 July, Sunday with the final match between the Netherlands and Spain. The winners will be determined by drawing on 22 July 2010 and announced on Özyeğin University’s website.

Each team had a varying market price, and the market price of countries that had a far better chance to become champion increased during the competition. Contestants keeping such countries in their portfolio gained. The competition aimed to encourage the youth to search and analyze; and to learn to develop their prediction skills while having fun. The winners will take home several surprise gifts.

Draw Rules and Awards:

Three awards will be granted by drawing. Each participant who had a portfolio value of more than 11.000 points at the end of the competition will be eligible for the draw. The higher the portfolio value is the higher chance the participants will have to win the draw.  Therefore the participants with the highest portfolio value will have the highest chance, while the participants who had little increase in their portfolio value will have less chance.
 
Awards to be granted by drawing are as follows: 

1. The participant who is drawn first will be awarded with a combined ticket (up to a value of TL1200) of a Turkish football team of his/her choice for the 2010-2011 season (or TL1200 in cash).  
2. The participant who is drawn second will be awarded with a Playstation 3 (or TL 800 in cash). 
3. The participant who is drawn third will be awarded with an HP Minicompaq netbook (or TL400 in cash)
