OzU Faculty of Law launches OzU Law Talk Series on October 18. The theme of the first talk is arbitration and its use in mergers and acquisitions as well as in dispute resolution for potential problems that may occur during the merger and acquisiton process.
 

OzU Law Talk Series

OzU Faculty of Law launches OzU Law Talk series in quest to draw attentio to current societal problems, raise awareness of the society and serve as platform for expert legal professionals to discuss and recommend solutions for legal problems. OzU Law Talk Series will start on October 18, 2011 and will last till May 29, 2012. Talks will be held in informal sessions where legal professors will share their opinion on current issues.
