International Real Estate Markets Workshop

Save the date 19th June 2014 for the Workshop on “International Real Estate Markets”, the first Workshop of OzU aA RREC at Borsa Istanbul.
 
The Alp Alkas Retail and Real Estate Center (aARREC) at Ozyegin University is pleased to announce the first international workshop on “International Real Estate Markets”. The aARREC workshop will be held in Borsa Istanbul on Thursday, 19 June 2014. This workshop aims to shed light on the dynamics of the Turkish real estate market along the lines of the recent developments in international real estate industry and aims to bring together experts from real estate industry, policymakers and researchers interested in real estate markets. The workshop will address the benefits and problems relating to the real estate-based investment intruments, including mortgages, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and real estate certificates, and explain the growth potential of these  investments in the Turkish capital markets. In order to have a unique discussion on defined topics, we have invited keynote speakers from the top universities all over the world.
