Le Cordon Bleu Weekend-Short Term Culinary Classes

Le Cordon Bleu, the world’s leading culinary institution, starts its Short Term Culinary Classes with world famous chefs. The classes will commence on May 24, and take place at the Le Cordon Bleu Center for Excellence at Özyeğin University.

The program will introduce participants to the French Regional Cuisine during 2-week or 4-week sessions, depending on the choice of participants. The classes will be held on Saturdays from 10:00  to 15:30 under the leadership of Le Cordon Bleu chefs and will offer a comprehensive curriculum on French regional cuisine, blending the basic culinary knowledge and the techniques of French chefs. During the program, participants will be taught theoretical knowledge about the French cuisine and then will have the opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice in the applied kitchens. Applications are invited by May 20.
