Le Cordon Bleu Makes Weekends Even Tastier with French Bistro Cuisine Courses
Le Cordon Bleu, the world’s leading culinary institution, now launches a new line of French Bistro Cuisine Courses to be delivered by the world-renowned chefs of Le Cordon Bleu. Classes will start on January 10, 2015 and will take place at the Center for Excellence of Le Cordon Bleu on the Özyeğin University Çekmeköy Campus.
The program will cover savory samples from French cuisine and will last for 4 weeks. The courses will be delivered on Saturdays between 10:00 and 16:00 by the master chefs of Le Cordon Bleu. Blending fundamental culinary knowledge with the unique techniques of French chefs, the program offers a comprehensive curriculum with recipes from different regions of France, including Alsace, Normandy, and Burgundy. Following theoretical classes, participants will have the opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice in the applied kitchens of Le Cordon Bleu. Applications are invited by January 7, 2015.
