Ms. Aylin Yazıcıoğlu graduated from Galatasaray High School. She was qualified to study for Sociology Doctorate in Cambridge University, after taking undergraduate academic degree from Boğaziçi University, Sociology Department. She had left her Doctorate education to take education from Le Cordon Bleu Paris and then decided to continue her career in the gastronomy world. Ms. Aylin Yazıcıoğlu worked in Chocolaterie Jean-Charles Rochoux Paris, Gastroloft Istanbul, Hispania Restaurant Barcelona, Restaurant Alain Senderens Paris, Patisserie Stéphane Glacier Paris and Couvert Couvert  Leuven, respectively. She opened Nicole Restaurant in Istanbul with Kaan Sakarya after returning to Turkey at 2013. Ms. Aylin Yazıcıoğlu is working as the Executive Chef of Nicole Restaurant, currently.
