Comparative Turkish and German Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law

The Faculty of Law at Özyeğin University will organize a seminar on “Comparative Turkish and German Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law” jointly with the Ruhr University Bochum on June 5 -7, 2017. The seminar will give students the opportunity to present, compare and discuss a variety of topics in Turkish and German Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law. Topics of discussion include but are not limited with “Endangering traffic safety”, “ Driving Prohibition as per the Highway Traffic Code”, “Euthanasia”, “the Declaration of the Right to Refrain from Testimony”, “the Legal Ground for MOBESE and EDS Cameras and Using Images as Evidence”, and “Illegal Evidences and the Prohibition of Evaluating Illegal Evidences”.
