Biography: Didem Seyis is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Central European University’s Democracy Institute in Hungary and a Visiting Researcher at the Center on Democratic Performance at Binghamton University (SUNY). She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Binghamton University. Her research focuses on democratic backsliding, populism and the far-right, political attitudes and behavior, and identity politics.
