In the same year, with 3 friends, he founded Uganda based Missing Middle Mesofinance company, which is still active. In 2014 he was transferred to the office of McKinsey & Company in Dubai and he concentrated on the energy projects of Middle East, Turkey, Asia between 2014-2017. Between 2017-2019, he was transferred to the Tokyo Office and continued his work on the energy sector. Mehmet, who moved to Stockholm in 2019, is the head of the strategy of OX2 which is active in the fields of Wind and Solar Energy.
